SNRPCP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPCP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,190 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPCP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLAU, RAB31, and SORT1. Each is linked with SNRPCP5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPCP5-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPCP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPCP5 versus PLAU in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPCP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPCP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
