SNRPCP19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPCP19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,484 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPCP19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OSBPL3, OSBPL3_S304, and OSBPL3_S34. Each is linked with SNRPCP19 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPCP19-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPCP19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPCP19 versus OSBPL3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPCP19→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPCP19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
