Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNRPCP18 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNRPCP18 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher SNRPCP18 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNRPCP18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
