SNRPCP16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPCP16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,396 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPCP16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FANCD2_S1435, H1-4_T18, and P3H4. Each is linked with SNRPCP16 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPCP16-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPCP16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPCP16 versus FANCD2_S1435 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPCP16→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPCP16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
