SNRPCP13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPCP13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,922 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPCP13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRYZL1, EPB41L2, and ZCRB1_S155. Each is linked with SNRPCP13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPCP13-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPCP13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPCP13 versus CRYZL1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPCP13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPCP13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
