Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPCP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,679 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPCP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, Positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination. Each is linked with SNRPCP1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPCP1-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPCP1 results are reported.
