Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,356 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNRPB-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM9P1, RN7SL440P, and RNU6-718P. Each is linked with SNRPB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPB-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIMM9P1 grouped by SNRPB-low versus SNRPB-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
