Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNRPB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,758 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNRPB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of G2/MI transition of meiotic cell cycle, DNA replication initiation, and DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication. Each is linked with SNRPB in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPB-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of G2/MI transition of meiotic cell cycle grouped by SNRPB-low versus SNRPB-high in LIVER.
