SNRPA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRPA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,947 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIH, SNHG1, and TAGLN. Each is linked with SNRPA1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPA1-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPA1 versus PPIH in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
