SNRPA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNRPA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,096 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BLM, PSMA4, and OIP5. Each is linked with SNRPA1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRPA1-to-partner and partner-to-SNRPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRPA1 versus BLM in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
