Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNRNP70 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNRNP70 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher SNRNP70 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNRNP70 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
MESO, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where SNRNP70 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
