Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNRNP70 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNRNP70 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SNRNP70 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNRNP70 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC and COAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, LSCC, and COAD are the cancer types where SNRNP70 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
