SNRNP70

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRNP70 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,195 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRNP70-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLI1, GALNT15, and COLEC12. Each is linked with SNRNP70 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRNP70-to-partner and partner-to-SNRNP70 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRNP70 versus FLI1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRNP70→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRNP70) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
