Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRNP70 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRNP70-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, FoxM1, and GAPDH. Each is linked with SNRNP70 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRNP70-to-partner and partner-to-SNRNP70 results are reported.
