SNRNP48

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNRNP48 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,678 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRNP48-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTFR2, TAF5, and CIP2A. Each is linked with SNRNP48 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRNP48-to-partner and partner-to-SNRNP48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNRNP48 versus MTFR2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRNP48→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRNP48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
