SNRNP48

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNRNP48 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,055 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNRNP48-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, and Negative regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition. Each is linked with SNRNP48 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRNP48-to-partner and partner-to-SNRNP48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination grouped by SNRNP48-low versus SNRNP48-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRNP48→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRNP48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
