Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNRNP48 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNRNP48-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM207, PRB4, and PRAMEF4. Each is linked with SNRNP48 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNRNP48-to-partner and partner-to-SNRNP48 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM207 grouped by SNRNP48-low versus SNRNP48-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNRNP48→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNRNP48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
