Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNRNP25 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNRNP25 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SNRNP25 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNRNP25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and BRCA are the cancer types where SNRNP25 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
