SNORD93

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNORD93 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,190 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNORD93-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BCAS1, FOXK1, and SHROOM2. Each is linked with SNORD93 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNORD93-to-partner and partner-to-SNORD93 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNORD93→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNORD93) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
