SNORD9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNORD9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,939 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNORD9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RING1, ACIN1, and ZNF219_S114. Each is linked with SNORD9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNORD9-to-partner and partner-to-SNORD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNORD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNORD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
