Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORD65C RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNORD65C data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher SNORD65C RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORD65C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS show a favorable association.
KICH, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where SNORD65C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
