SNORD53

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNORD53 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,689 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNORD53-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR36, WDR43, and UTP15. Each is linked with SNORD53 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNORD53-to-partner and partner-to-SNORD53 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNORD53 versus WDR36 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNORD53→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNORD53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
