Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORD3A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNORD3A data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher SNORD3A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORD3A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC and CHOL are the cancer types where SNORD3A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
