Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORD13P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNORD13P3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher SNORD13P3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORD13P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and LAML show a favorable association.
LUSC, CESC, and OV are the cancer types where SNORD13P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
