Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORD121A RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNORD121A data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher SNORD121A RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORD121A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and LUAD show a favorable association.

OV, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where SNORD121A RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
