Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORD116-11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNORD116-11 data layer compared with 11 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher SNORD116-11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORD116-11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, LUAD, and CHOL are the cancer types where SNORD116-11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
