Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORD115-47 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNORD115-47 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher SNORD115-47 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORD115-47 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD, LUSC, and ACC are the cancer types where SNORD115-47 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
