The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher SNORD115-47 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORD115-47 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, UCEC, and LUSC are the cancer types where SNORD115-47 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
