The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SNORD115-42 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORD115-42 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and LAML are the cancer types where SNORD115-42 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
