Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORD115-42 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNORD115-42 data layer compared with 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SNORD115-42 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORD115-42 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA and LAML are the cancer types where SNORD115-42 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
