Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORD115-37 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNORD115-37 data layer compared with 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher SNORD115-37 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORD115-37 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and SKCM are the cancer types where SNORD115-37 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
