Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORD115-35 RNA is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNORD115-35 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher SNORD115-35 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORD115-35 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

GBM, STAD, and PCPG are the cancer types where SNORD115-35 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
