Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORD115-30 RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNORD115-30 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher SNORD115-30 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORD115-30 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and GBM are the cancer types where SNORD115-30 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
