Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORD115-24 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNORD115-24 data layer compared with 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher SNORD115-24 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORD115-24 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and SKCM are the cancer types where SNORD115-24 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
