Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORD115-19 RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNORD115-19 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher SNORD115-19 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORD115-19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

STAD and PRAD are the cancer types where SNORD115-19 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
