Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORD115-15 RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNORD115-15 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SNORD115-15 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORD115-15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC, STAD, and OV are the cancer types where SNORD115-15 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
