Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORD115-14 RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNORD115-14 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher SNORD115-14 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORD115-14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRC, BLCA, and OV are the cancer types where SNORD115-14 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
