Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORD114-29 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNORD114-29 data layer compared with 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher SNORD114-29 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORD114-29 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where SNORD114-29 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
