Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORD114-25 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNORD114-25 data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher SNORD114-25 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORD114-25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD are the cancer types where SNORD114-25 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
