Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNORA7B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,609 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNORA7B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine modification, Obsolete histone modification, and Obsolete histone methylation. Each is linked with SNORA7B in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNORA7B-to-partner and partner-to-SNORA7B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
