Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORA65 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNORA65 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SNORA65 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORA65 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and BLCA show a favorable association.
ACC, KIRC, and LAML are the cancer types where SNORA65 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
