The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SNORA58B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORA58B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and THYM show a favorable association.
ACC, KIRC, and THCA are the cancer types where SNORA58B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
