Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORA30 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNORA30 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher SNORA30 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORA30 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and BRCA show a favorable association.
THCA, CESC, and STAD are the cancer types where SNORA30 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
