Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNORA11C RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNORA11C data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SNORA11C RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNORA11C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

ACC, SKCM, and COAD are the cancer types where SNORA11C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
