Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNN Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNN data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher SNN Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, UCEC, and ACC are the cancer types where SNN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
