SNHG7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNHG7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,211 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNHG7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRD3, EHMT1, and SMC3. Each is linked with SNHG7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNHG7-to-partner and partner-to-SNHG7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNHG7 versus BRD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNHG7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNHG7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
