Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNHG32 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNHG32 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher SNHG32 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNHG32 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and DLBC are the cancer types where SNHG32 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
