SNHG25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNHG25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,347 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNHG25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FTSJ3, MYBBP1A, and DHX33. Each is linked with SNHG25 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNHG25-to-partner and partner-to-SNHG25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNHG25 versus FTSJ3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNHG25→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNHG25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
