SNHG21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNHG21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,001 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNHG21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLR2B, PRPF38A, and CRYBG3. Each is linked with SNHG21 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNHG21-to-partner and partner-to-SNHG21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNHG21 versus POLR2B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNHG21→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNHG21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
