SNHG20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNHG20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,486 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNHG20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NXF1, EFTUD2, and SF3B3. Each is linked with SNHG20 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNHG20-to-partner and partner-to-SNHG20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNHG20 versus NXF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNHG20→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNHG20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
