SNHG17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNHG17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,956 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNHG17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKDC, ADNP, and CTNNBL1. Each is linked with SNHG17 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNHG17-to-partner and partner-to-SNHG17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNHG17→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNHG17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
